Goto: http://218.248.41.198/ 2. Look for FORM-IV & click the link there: Click here to File FormIV 3. Enter the Application number from your 2008/2009 form 4. Select the Ward, etc., which shows up in the bottom text box (only one option showed up, and happened to be the right one) 5. ALL information should be pre-filled from my 2008/09 return; just double check the numbers and goto payment. 6. After the payment, some important numbers show up on the following screen, which you should keep track of 7. The receipt (pdf) showed up through a link (you can save the receipt, or go back to the main site to print it later) Instructions for paying BBMP tax online:
